GHR is a healthcare staffing agency committed to providing quality workforce solutions for healthcare professionals across the United States. They wanted their rebrand to communicate the personal care they take with each individual they place, and trust both the worker and the employer can rely on. Leaning into purple differentiates GHR from competitors while communicating stability and harmony between the worker and the employer. The logo is a reference to their old logo split in two to reference both the employee and the employer. The healthcare workers are the spark that powers these facilities which is referenced in the shape in the center of the mark. The imagery is celebratory and uplifting keeping people as the main focal point. The spark symbol is repeated in a pattern to round out the brand elements and the overall mood is high tech, clean, and empowering.
